Owner & Administrator

Emily Jones is the Owner and Administrator of Professional Sitter Services, a trusted provider of compassionate, dependable care for the elderly. With over 12 years of leadership and hands-on experience, Emily is dedicated to ensuring that every client receives the highest standard of care in a safe and supportive environment.

Emily holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Louisiana Tech University and brings both professional expertise and personal commitment to her role. Her passion for caregiving, combined with strong administrative skills, has helped Professional Sitter Services grow into a respected and reliable resource for families seeking quality elder care.

Martee Reeg

Owner & Marketing/Compliance

Martee Reeg is a devoted owner of Professional Sitter Services, where she also serves as the Director of Marketing and Compliance. While new to the senior care industry, Martee brings a strong background in education, with a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Alabama and a Master’s from Penn State University.

Her years as an educator—mentoring students and training professionals—have shaped her compassionate, patient-centered approach to caregiving. At Professional Sitter Services, Martee works closely with her partner, Emily Jones, and business manager, Kristin Drach, to build a team grounded in kindness, attentiveness, and integrity.

Martee’s lifelong dedication to helping others and her belief in the power of human connection make her a thoughtful, trusted leader in the care of your loved ones.

Kristin Drach

Business Manager

Kristin Drach is a dedicated Business Manager at Professional Sitter Services in Shreveport, Louisiana, where she has proudly served for over 10 years. As a wife and mom, Kristin understands the importance of compassionate care and family, both personally and professionally.

With a deep commitment to supporting caregivers and clients alike, she leads with honesty, kindness, and reliability. Kristin is passionate about creating a positive impact by ensuring quality care and helping families find peace of mind. Her journey—from overcoming challenges as a single mom to building a fulfilling career—drives her mission to empower others through care and support.

Lacey Ates

Marketing Director

Lacey Ates is the Marketing Director for Professional Sitter Services, where she is passionate about connecting families with compassionate care and support when they need it most.

Born in Alexandria, Louisiana and raised in Shreveport since the age of four, Lacey is proud to call Northwest Louisiana home. With a background in healthcare marketing and senior services, she has built her career around one core mission which is strengthening relationships and helping families navigate the challenges of caring for aging loved ones. She works closely with healthcare providers, community partners, and families to ensure individuals have access to the companionship, assistance, and resources they need to remain safe, comfortable and supported.

Whether she is networking at a community event or visiting with a family in need, Lacey believes that the best relationships begin with kindness, trust and a listening ear.

Deeply rooted in her community, Lacey serves as Vice President of the Community Healthcare Education Network (CHEN), where she helps support continuing education initiatives and assists in awarding up to six thousand dollars in scholarships annually to healthcare students. She also serves as a board member for Mudbug Madness, where she helps plan and promote multiple community events throughout the year. Her work in marketing and community engagement has been recognized through professional awards honoring her impact in the field.

Family is at the heart of everything Lacey does. She understands how important it is to find someone you can trust to care for your loved one with patience, dignity and compassion and she considers it a privilege to help families find peace of mind during difficult seasons of life.

Outside of work, Lacey enjoys spending time with her family, especially her two nieces and nephew, traveling and cheering on LSU football and the Dallas Cowboys. A fun fact about Lacey is that she has a twin brother, her mom is her best friend and she loves sharing life’s adventures with her boyfriend, Travis.

Above all, Lacey believes every person deserves to feel cared for, valued and supported. She is proud to be part of a team that treats every client like family and is honored to serve the families of Northwest Louisiana & East Texas with compassion, connection and heart.
